No Returns & Exchanges
As these are handmade art pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product details, colors, and sizes carefully before placing your order.
Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is significantly different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange a refund or replacement.
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved (under the exceptions above), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
